She believes that anyone can do anything if they set their minds to it and loves to challenge clients, family and friends.
My name is Amie Olson. My passion for Health & Wellness started in my teenage years when I started to take athletics seriously and wanted to compete. I realized through painful experiences, that what I ate hindered my performance, my gut, and also my mood. Fast forward to today, I am still passionate about learning and have worked with and learned from amazing teachers from my School, Chiropractors, MD's, Dentists, Herbalists, Acupuncturists, Endocrinologists, Personal Trainers, Natural Food Store Owners...if you have natural health information to share, I am listening!
We all have our own stories and in my late 20's I battled unexplained infertility. If I knew what I know today, I would go back and never buy fat-free and low-fat foods, would be careful about the chemicals and agents that I was exposed to, paint that I chipped away and repainted in my college houses, an amalgam filling that I received at the dentist, perfumes and candles that I used because they smelled good, plastic bottles & plastic containers that I would microwave, chemicals that I would clean with, and managing stress before I would get burnt out. The list goes and on. I know I can't go back and make those changes but what I can do is educate my clients, community and friends to make smart decisions starting TODAY.
Luckily our bodies can naturally heal itself, once we find and remove the interference. So, yes, their is hope for me as well as hope for everyone out there who has either a health problem or just a goal that they want to reach. Sometimes it is a few simple changes that will reap life changing rewards. If you are batteling infertility and want to learn more about our experience with natural remedies, testing, and even the medical route of iui's, ivf, etc... please do not hesitate to reach out to me. I enjoy helping others and being ears to everything you are going through. I understand. It may have taken us longer (8 years) to have our family but God put us on the inferility journey for a reason, to help others. We are blessed today with our sons Owen and Liam.
As a graduate from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition I was trained in more than one hundred dietary theories and studied a variety of practical lifestyle coaching methods. Drawing on this knowledge, I help others create a completely personalized “roadmap to health” that suits your unique body, lifestyle, preferences, and goals.

Staying healthy from season to season is an ongoing concern with each season bringing it's own challenges. Our activity levels change as the days shorten and the temperatures plunge. Why not have a plan? Limit those comfort foods, keep your skin protected, stay active and get outdoors on a regular basis. All good advice to keep in mind.
But, one thing trumps them all. You need to consciously keep drinking plenty of mineral rich water. I drink 64 ounces a day. If I don't, my body let's me know with fatigue, hunger, dry skin, foggy thinking, aches and pains and even headaches. Just because it's not hot out doesn't mean you don't require water to hydrate. Every cell in your body needs H20 and minerals to operate efficiently. You can be dehydrated in cooler temperatures just like hot weather.

Meet Amanda Winter
Hello Everyone, my name is Amanda Winter. I just turned 40 this year and I never thought I would be saying I am the happiest I have ever been in my 40 years. For the past 20 years I have struggled with depression and anxiety. I would get jobs then lose those jobs. I had periods of great productivity and then weeks and months of lying curled up in a ball. Those were dark days for sure.
With the help of my family, friends and a drive that I was born with I have finally gotten my life together. I have a job I am proud of, have owned my own condo for 8 years now and have become an entrepreneur!
My life is busy and full yet I have learned over the years that it is important to take time out to relax and pamper myself too. We all need to take time for ourselves and I absolutely love that I get to do that every day.
Eating right, drinking water, taking care of my body and skin are all things that are a work in progress for me. I have created a business where I get to share that experience with women all over the world every single day. Being an independent business owner has given me a passion for living my life on my terms.
I used to laugh at the quote: “Life is all about the journey, not the destination”. Now it is my daily mantra.

Meet Heather Szasz
My name is Heather Szasz. 22 years ago I moved to Florida from England. I had always worked for companies and in fact my last job was working at the local hospital. One day I heard my friends arguing about cleaning their house. I said: "I will clean it” that was the start of my residential cleaning business, building 4 teams working for me. For whatever reason, this moment in time sparked the beginning of my life an as Entrepreneur.
Eventually I sold the business and then went to Animal Behavior College. For as long as I can remember I had always wanted to be a Professional Dog Trainer. I graduated and am thrilled to have a very successful referral based business.
Along the way, I was involved with a worldwide transformation company and volunteered as a life coach for many years heading up one of their leadership courses. I am very passionate about living a positive life and I am currently creating my 3rd successful business. Wealthy Mindset Mentor.
I love my life and the ability I have created to do what makes me happy each and every day. I love spending my time doing what I love. It’s what drives me and creates the story that is my life.
Heather is a partner with Women Life Connected bringing us a fabulous line of Healthy Pet Products.
Over twenty years ago at age 48, I was losing my teeth as a result of osteoporosis. I had allergies, fibroid tumors, arthritis in my knees and thumbs, recurring kidney infections, and I used an inhaler for my asthma. Back then, I didn’t understand that our bodies needed to be alkaline to de-toxify and heal. Or, that aging accelerates because of toxins in our environment and that antioxidants help repair that damage.
Thanks to a good friend who shared some nutraceutical products with my husband, our lives were changed. I was determined to learn how and why my husband’s condition was completely resolved. I took classes wherever there was a seminar or healthy living class. I learned from Naturopaths, Phlebotomists, Bio-Chemists, Bio-Physiologists, MDs, Osteopaths, Chiropractors, Nurses, Nutritionists, and Medicine Men. I read everything I could get my hands on about nutrition and began sharing what I had learned. Remember, we didn’t have the internet back then. For the past 16 years, I have been providing information to help people improve their health. Teaching how the body works has been a very rewarding vocation.
Today at 69, I maintain an active lifestyle without any of those degenerative health issues that I had twenty years ago. I plan on skiing with my grandchildren until I’m in my 80’s and hiking until I’m 90. I believe vibrant health is about cellular integrity from the inside out.

Recently I found a worn out piece of paper in the back of my calendar. It's a paper I've been carrying around for quite some time that occasionally pull out and read.
It's from Max Lucado's On The Anvil titled "Today I Will Make A Difference"
Today I will make a difference.
I will begin by controlling my thoughts. A person is the product of their thoughts. I want to be happy and hopeful. Therefore, I will have thoughts that are happy and hopeful. I refuse to be victimized by my circumstances. I will not let petty inconveniences such as stoplights, long lines, and traffic jams be my masters. I will avoid negativism and gossip. Optimism will be my companion, and victory will be my hallmark.
Today I will make a difference.
I will be grateful for the twenty-four hours that are before me. Time is a precious commodity. I refuse to allow what little time I have to be contaminated by self-pity, anxiety, or boredom. I will face this day with the joy of a child and the courage of a giant. I will drink each minute as though it is my last. When tomorrow comes, today will be gone forever. While it is here, I will use it for loving and giving.
Today I will make a difference.
I will not let past failures haunt me. Even though my life is scarred with mistakes, I refuse to rummage through my trash heap of failures. I will admit them. I will correct them. I will press on. Victoriously. No failure is fatal. It's okay to stumble - I will get up. It's okay to fail - I will rise again.
Today I will make a difference.
I will spend time with those I love. My spouse, my children, my family. A man can own the world but be poor for the lack of love. A man can own nothing and yet be wealthy in relationships. Today I will spend at least five minutes with the significant people in my world. Five quality minutes of talking or hugging or thanking or listening. Five undiluted minutes with my mate, children and friends.
Today I will make a difference.

I used to watch my kids play, now I play with them.
When did I finally wake up? I was 38 years old and had just had my 3rd child. We were on house number 3 and I was climbing the corporate ladder. From the outside, someone might say we had it all. But I was tired, sluggish, basically got myself going on coffee rushed through the commute, worked all day at a job that at the time was inspiring and I was on a mission. I'd come home it would be dinner time, the kids were home from school and just a life of chaos. Finally, 10:30 p.m. and I'm heading into bed and setting my alarm for 4:30 a.m. to start again.
Whew! It's exhausting just thinking about it. Weekends are where it really hits me. The time I could engage in running and playing with the kids in the park or at the house or going for a bike ride and all I wanted to do was sleep and catch up from the week.
And then I met someone that introduced me to the process of making small simple changes. The first started with proper hydration. The best formula for how much water you should drink is ½ your weight in ounces. So, if you weigh 150 lbs., you should drink 75 ounces of water throughout the day. Dehydration is responsible for dozens of physical symptoms and illnesses, as is mineral deficiency. Consuming ionic minerals along with increased amounts water not only enhances hydration but will help raise your body’s pH and improve overall health, help manage weight, curb appetite, improve digestion, sleep, skin tone, and much more.
When you give your body what it needs on the inside, the outside starts to change. Your lose some weight you gain some energy and confidence. I lost 25lbs and it's been 10 years and I continue to keep it off. My kids are older now and as am I and it's been 10 years since I've continued small changes and choices. I'm still active with my kids. We ski, boat, golf and are involved in lifestyle activities together. It all started with one small decision, one small choice.

How would you define “success” in your life?
One that makes my top of list is “Let Your Success Be Measured by How Much Fun You’re Having.” I’ve always been one to chase the next good time and while life takes different turns in the road the one constant I’ve truly enjoyed is spending time with people and working towards a goal. You may think I’m talking about career and climbing a corporate ladder or starting your business and many other leadership roles but today I share with you setting goals as a family.
As a family, we enjoy experiences together. We recently took a vacation to Mexico and one of the experiences we had was deep sea fishing. We encountered some rough waters and (one of us) shared extra bait that came in the form of unsettled breakfast over the side of the boat (a little sea sick) but we did catch 9 fish - a very successful morning according to our Captain. To watch the smiles on my kids’ faces and to experience it together is something I’ll never forget. This is just one of many experiences we’ve had together.
It’s a practice in our house to write down goals. Goals like experiences we want to have. And then to take steps in that direction to make those things happen. Here’s how we implement our goal setting in individual and family forms: At the beginning of each year we take a few minutes to share what our highs of the year were; it’s a good time to reflect and practice gratitude for what we’ve been able to do. I write these down in our family journal and place the name of each of us by our highs of the year. We then write down things we want to accomplish or improve on personally. Usually 3-5 things is plenty and younger kids 2-3. We have a mid-year check point to see how we are doing. And we share in open family settings in a supportive way. It’s a great practice to establish goal setting.
And as a parent and adult leader in the family, we practice the use of a vision board. We include on our white board our short term goals, mid-term goals and long term goals that we want to achieve and experience. We write down things we want to purchase, places we want to go, personal achievements and vocation goals. These sit in our private space where we frequently if not daily are able to look at those goals. And then each day or week, we are taking a step towards those big dreams and goals. It’s not enough to focus on the destination and only hold happiness to the final goal. Life is a journey with some milestones and experiences along the way.
Happy people are productive people.
We create our life by design and not by default.
All of this begins with feeling good and having the energy to experience a successful and fun lifestyle. Health and wellness is foundational to clarity and vision, the energy to take a step each day and the expansion to enjoy the journey along the way.
Here at Women Life Connected we invite you to be a part of our community where we put wellness as a top priority followed by a successful and fun lifestyle.
How will you define success?
We look forward to hearing your stories on wellness and life success.
